The interior design of this Villa in Tulum is based on the natural world to create a relaxing environment where light and vegetation can be easily assimilated.

We want to stay true to the spirit and vibe of Tulum. Our goal is to restore harmony between humanity and nature, as well as respect for our environment, using natural materials in both the interior and exterior spaces. A neutral color palette was chosen to accompany wooden furniture, wicker accessories and a focus on organic materials.

The ornamental accessories chosen have great durability, which means they will not need to be replaced frequently. For example, by making a side table out of a tree trunk, we hope to bring the natural world into your home. The décor will be authentic and, whenever possible, we will use local suppliers and Mexican artisans.

The income is high because you mix rent with the possibility of having 3-6 bedrooms, which gives you a 17% ROI.
If you buy only one house and rent it only with the 3 bedroom option the income may decrease 15-20% however you are still making around 14% ROI.
