MUUNEK TULUM

Muunek is designed to be appreciated from the inside out, as we concentrated the most aesthetically relevant elements such as the windows of each apartment in the interior, starting from a central axis: inspired by the anatomy of a Cenote where the eye of water is represented by the pool and the apartments symbolize the rocks and vegetation, using materials from the region such as Chukum, Sascab and endemic vegetation to create a link with the area.
The name Muunek, which in Mayan means “Birth of a star”, is a way of creating a relationship with the region and what it represents for us as a project: the birth of a dream.

Muunek, located in “La Veleta”, the most trendy neighborhood in Tulum, where the magic of the ancient Mayan village mixes with the Boho-Chic features that have made this small town famous in the middle of the jungle, surrounded by cenotes and the turquoise Caribbean Sea.
A few steps away from Muunek, La Veleta, offers: restaurants, bars, cafes, and boutiques of the emblematic gastronomic corridor of La Calle 7, as well as Spas, holistic centers and the most iconic Cenotes of Tulum. The location of Muunek, places us in two of the most important roads of the place, close to the Cancun – Tulum Highway, where the Mayan Train will be projected and close to the new Kukulkan Avenue, a road that currently leads us to the beach in just 10 minutes.
