In the search for the perfect place and after touring and visiting multiple spaces in the Riviera Maya, we found a paradisiacal place where Jacal Arquitectos is realizing the vision of its founders, to create a magical place where you could live on an island surrounded by sea, near the beach, but immersed in the lush jungle, thus transforming this dream into a unique living experience, a space where people could live this reality permanently, with all the modern comforts; at the same time finding the tranquility and serenity that only an environment like Cozumel can provide.

Architecturally, this project was born with the idea of preserving nature, and in this way it was projected with the intention of merging with the jungle over the years; to make them become one, to mimic each other and to allow the natural and the built to age with dignity hand in hand.

Cozumel is not only the largest island in Mexico, not only has the second largest coral reef in the world, not only is it the most prosperous island in the Caribbean, it is also where life begins. It has the privilege of receiving the dawn of Mexico, of being the beginning of another day, of receiving the sunlight that has given life to the traditions and customs.
