CUATRO VIENTOS is an exclusive beachfront development consisting of 28 unique villas, all with their own settings. The project is located on the coast of the Riviera Maya, minutes from Tulum, well known for its landscape
nature and its short distance to tourist areas. The property is surrounded by luscious green jungles at one end and a stunning iconic Caribbean blue ocean at the other, making this boutique development one of a kind and the
most exclusive of all.

The project is made up of three main central pavilions, preserving a rich and absorbing narrative throughout its routes.

One of our main concerns when designing the development was to preserve the local wildlife and recreate the lush jungles.

We have the privilege of being located next to the Tulum National Park and, therefore, we are neighbors of the most exquisite flora and fauna that the region has to offer, such as three magnificent species of turtles that chose the site as a home for their young. .

The FOUR WINDS design takes this into account by turning the lights red at night so as not to disturb its instinct to follow the moonlight to its home, the sea.
