What is land use regulation?

It is a construction regulation in which a set of rules gives you all the information you need for public or private constructions, from project planning and construction to maintenance.

Building regulations are a set of rules and regulations that apply to the construction of buildings and structures. These rules and regulations are intended to ensure the safety of people and property, as well as compliance with quality standards.

Lots shall be intended primarily for the construction of residential homes:

The minimum essential urbanization works:

  1. Sufficient drinking water supply for the probable population density of the subdivision, with a minimum supply of two hundred liters per inhabitant per day.
  2. General drainage of the subdivision.
  3. Drinking water distribution network.
  4. Sewage system, with the understanding that the use of septic tanks will only be allowed when, due to the special nature of the soil and the topographic conditions of the land, it is not possible to install a sewage system, in the opinion of the Communications and Public Works Department.
